The spacious apartment is on the top floor with fantastic views. It has 2 good sized bedrooms;the twin bedroom leading to the balcony with views across to the golf course and Wilder Kaiser mountains.A large lounge/dining room with a balcony overlooking the Hartkaiser mountains and nursery slope offers comfortable seating and dining areas. It is equipped with a good selection of DVDs, CDs,books, board games etc. There is a separate, well-equipped kitchen and utility room. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a large drying cupboard perfect for drying ski gear. There is a separate toilet.

Notes
The apartment shares a communal garden. There is a large basement which is very useful for the storage of skis etc.
The Kaiserbad swimming complex has indoor and outdoor pools with countless slides, flumes and sports areas.
At the top of the Hartkaiser railway there are wonderful play and adventure areas aimed at children.The nearest ski school is 500m away and all the ski lifts are within a 10 minute walk.

Ellmau is situated in the heart of the Tirol region of Austria with the town of Soll 10km away.It has several traditional restaurants and many mountain restaurants located on the walking/skiing routes. There are 3 banks, 4 well-stocked small supermarkets, 2 bakeries and gift shops.There are regular bus services from Ellmau.There are 4 ski and snowboarding schools and snow tubing is available.

Notes on Rates
The prices are inclusive of tourist tax for 2 adults and all children. Additional adults will be charged 2 euro per night.
Change Over Day
Saturday is the preferred arrival day, although this can be flexible, especially out of peak season.
Travel Information
Ellmau is easily accessed from Munich, Innsbruck and Salzburg. Low cost airlines fly into all of these airports. Car hire is available and lots of taxi companies provide airport transfers.
There is ample private parking directly outside the apartment.
Booking and Contact Details
We require a 30% deposit to confirm the booking with the balance paid 6 weeks before arrival. The final cleaning fee is to be paid to the housekeeper on arival. She will also collect a 100 euro refundable damage deposit.

All bedding, towels, kitchen and dining linen are included in the housekeeping charge and are changed only prior to arrival.If any extra laundry is required it is at a cost of 10 euro per person.
