The apartment is only a 10 minute stroll to the beach(Firemans Cove), local bars, restaurants and supermarket. The local restaurants are some of the best in the area and they serve a choice of local specialities, international cuisine and some host Cypriot dance/music evenings. There is also a 24 hour bakery, located approx 1km from the apartment. Nearby is the town of Paralimni which hosts three large supermarkets and many boutiques, bars, cafes and restaurants. There is also a Marks and Spencers! It is a 5/10 min walk to the local bus stop/taxi rank. Nightlife is well catered for at Kapparis or in both Protaras and Ayia Napa. For those who wish to venture further, there is a different beach to visit every day of the week, best of the all the beautiful Konos Bay which is just 10 minute drive away.

Bedroom 2 contains two single beds, built in wardrobe and bedside table.
There is a sofa bed in the lounge for 2 persons.

Bathrooms: The bathroom comes equipped with a bath with shower head basin, toilet, towels and toilet paper!
The water is solar powered but also has an immersion heater for the winter months.
Kitchen: Fully equipped modern kitchen with, fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, water cooler, kettle and toaster, iron and ironing board, clothes airer. All essentials, crockery, cutlery, pans and glasses. Dining table and 4 chairs.
Living Rooms: The living area is open plan and opens out directly onto the terrace. It has 2 sofas including a sofa bed. Satellite TV with many English channels, multi region DVD player. Full air-conditioning/heating systems.

linen/maid service: Clean towels and linen are all provided for the apartment with additional supplies in each bedroom. Beach towels are provided for sun loungers and pool use. Mid stay cleans can also be arranged for a small additional cost. Weekly linen change.

The apartment contains everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible including black out blinds to all windows and both lounge and bedroom slide doors. A dining table with 4 chairs, 2 sofas including a sofa bed. X-box with games. Easy pram and wheel chair access.
Outside
The apartment has a private (8ft x 12 ft) terrace with table and four chairs, located only 30 yards from the communal pool and kiddies play area/gardens. An allocated parking bay comes with the apartment if you wish to hire a car and enjoy the many sites Cyprus has to offer. The majority of Cyprus signs are both in Cypriot and English text, so easy to get about and they also drive the same side of the road as we do! Kapparis is an up-and-coming, peaceful and picturesque locality with easy access to the towns of Paralimni and the resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is located 700m from the nearest beach which is the beautiful Firemans Cove. There are many other beautiful beaches along the coast particularly a hidden Jem called Konos beach which is only a 10 minute drive away.
General Information
The bars and restaurants of Kapparis are only a 10 minute stroll away. Main supermarket is located 5 minutes drive away. The local traditional Cypriot town of Paralimni is only a 5 minute drive away with all amenities such as banks, shops and supermarkets. Protaras is a 5 min drive/approx 5-8 euros in a taxi with many restaurants, and bars to accommodate families and couples. Ayia Napa is approx 12km with many restaurants, bars, clubs and great nightlife. Approx 10-15 euros in a taxi.

Travel Information
Nearest Airport: Larnaca which is approx 69km from Kapparis, most of the journey is travelled on motorway/dual carriageway, therefore will take between 40-50 minutes by car. Majority of Cyprus signs are both in Cypriot and English text, so easy to get about and they also drive on the same side of the road as we do! For those hiring a car, step by step directions from the airport to the apartment will be emailed to you prior to your departure

The local beaches provide shallow water ideal for young children and the local Zoo boasts panoramic views over the nearby ghost town of Famagusta. Local activities: diving, swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, wind-surfing, water skiing, mountain biking, paragliding, roller blading and many more! You can also go on a shopping/sightseeing tour of Nicosia (the worlds only divided city) approx 1.5 hrs by car.
