The apartment is 5 minutes drive to La Zenia beach & 10 - 15 minutes drive from some of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca. The beaches are well maintained & offer miles of golden sand with a cool breeze off the Mediterranean sea.

Situated only 20 mins drive from Murcia airport & 45 mins drive from Alicante airport.
Car hire is not essential.
The owner can arrange airport pick-up to and from the villa.
Booking and Contact Details
A deposit of 20% is required to secure a booking & the final balance is due 8 weeks before travelling.
A security deposit of £150 is required to be paid before arrival which is returned within 14 days of your departure after the property has been checked for damage etc etc.

The Cabo Roig strip which has lots of bars & restaurants & night clubs is only 10 mins drive away.
The aqua park in Torrevieja is 15 mins drive & Orihuela go karting is 10 mins drive away.
Benidorm is 1 1/2 hours drive which has Mundomar sea life park, Aqualandia & Terra Mitica theme park.
