The villa has an 8.0 mtr x 4.0 mtr Pool a seperate 3.0 mtr diameter in ground heated Jacuzzi inside a covered housing with Sol Reflector Mirror Glass windows and doors. There 8 sunloungers with cushions kept inside the garage. There is a Garden Kitchen with a 4.0 mtr x 3.0 mtr awning enclosure which has a built in BBQ grill, drinks fridge, sink, wall cupboards with outside eating and drinking equipment. The grounds have mature trees and plants with colourful raised flower beds set in 850 sq.m. and the whole of the property is surrounded by a 2.50m high wall for total privacy and security.
Horse riding, fishing, tennis, bowls, water sports, sailing and boating are all available within 10 mins. drive from "Casa Largo Vista".

Change Over Day
Entry to the villa is by arrangement with the owner. On client sameday change overs entry is not until 3.00pm to allow for villa cleaning.
