Advertising with Holiday Let and Sell


How It Works
 
Step 1: Complete the Register To Advertise form.
 
Step 2: Log in.
Once you have received an email with your account details, a link will take you to an information page, which will provide details on how to complete your registation and the process you will need to go through to set up your advert(s). Once you have read the information, you can then Log In using your username and password.
 
Step 3: Enter your property details using the Advert Set Up Wizard
You will be directed through a series of stages. Each stage is relevant to your advertisement.
 
Step 4: Enter your personal details - Stage 1
You will be asked to complete the input form with the remainer of personal details, address, telephone number(s) etc...
 
Step 5: You can choose how many properties to advertise and enter brief details - Stage 2
You can choose to advertise up to 5-unit properties. You will need to provide your property(ies) Name ; Country; Town or City Region or Location; Address; Number of Beds and Number of People it Sleeps. These details will be used for your property listing, and will also be included in your advertisement. You will not be asked for these details again.
 
Step 6: Create your Advert - Stage 3
You will be asked to provide a comprehensive description of your property. When creating a description think about the extra facilities that will make your property more appealing to holidaymakers. Do not forget to select all facilities and activities that may be available within your property and the complex and try to provide as much detail as possible, as all information will be used in the advanced user search.
 
Step 7: Letting Rate - Stage 4
You will need to enter your letting rates at this stage. You can enter date ranges e.g January 1st to March 31st and letting periods e.g individual week or groups of weeks, using the different heading and date sections and include prices relevant to the information provided.
 
Step 8: Booking's Calender - Stage 5
At this stage, you can add dates to your property calender(s) which are available, booked or vacant. If you have added more than one property, you will be able to enter dates for each individual property.
 
Step 9: Upload Photographs - Stage 6
You can add up to 20 photographs and add a caption below each individual photo
